As you may know Anthony Davis has asked to be traded from the Pelicans. In fact he’s not playing now, ostensibly recovering from an injury. The Brow prefers LA so the Lakers are rumored to have offered Kuzma, Lonzo Ball, a couple other players (choose two of list, with Kuzma being the no-brainer selection) and a first round pick. Apparently this is not quite good enough for the Pelicans as no deal has been announced. Perhaps they’re shopping around with other teams, perhaps including the Celtics.

New Orleans seems to be a black hole of the NBA, but if Kuz goes there he might be able to develop into a star for them and if they get a decent guy with the first rounder, could set them up pretty well it seems to me….
