Any guesses as to how Lloyd is replaced in the first half? I favor a LBer over a Safety or NB, but I am not sure which of the options are most game ready. I think if DTR starts Sewall needs to play him and get 2 LBs focused on the run. I can only imagine Kelly is in a hurry to exploit the absense of Lloyd in the first half, so it will be interesting to see his plan on that.
Utah’s offense needs to be very efficient getting TDs and running clock to get us to the half with no worse than a close game at the half. Hopefully, the soft UCLA secondary is something we can take regular advantage of. It is also key we get comfortable punting but I prefer no punts in the first half.
