I doubt that it could be shown / proven, but I think it is nonetheless a good thing for Utah sports. You could make the same argument about the effects of having the nicest practice facilities or other perks. I doubt any athlete is making their decision solely based on one perk, but each perk adds up to create an atmosphere that is hopefully enticing to athletes.

I’m not sure if this is the best thread to put this in, I was looking for one where it was all doom and gloom. I know people have tried to counter that by saying all teams are going through it.
