ALL of the information we know about CTE it shouldn’t be taken lightly. That is the problem they make the game matter more than player health. It should have been picked up by the booth for the Browning hit, fifteen yards and ejection. If that isn’t done than the Head coach should be able to submit the video to a higher review of the play after the game. Then suspend that player for the next game. That was as clear as targeting play as I have ever seen. The head ref stared right at it. Additionally they should suspend or review officials for missing that stuff.
Just my opinion on the matter the ideal model here is International Rugby they took concussions seriously as early as 2001.
