Question about Russia being banned from the olympics

Their athletes can still perform and will be listed as “Olympic athlete from Russia”. So if they win the gold medal do they get to pick their favorite song since the anthem won’t be played? If so, i hope to hear an extended version of Echoes by Pink Floyd. Make it happen Russkies!!
