Any time you lose a lot on one side of the ball, there is always a temptation from a fan perspective to go young. To that end I came up with a hypothetical based on Rising, Kuithe, Kincaid, Vele, Enis, Dixon, Curry, and Yassmin being gone. The thinking is that if 2023 needs to be a learning year on offense, what would it look like if the skill positions were based on speed?

(times listed if shown on 247)
      QB: Rose or Barnes
RB would be the “slow” guys: Jackson, Glover (11.33), Randle (11.15)
WR: Parks (10.92), Cope, Matthews, Tao Johnson (10.62), Nate Johnson (10.56), Stanley (10.76), Mitchell (10.81)

Sure there could be some Featherstone’s in there and Ludwig isn’t exactly known for scheming receivers open.,, but man it would be nice to see some fast guys operating in space for a change

What is a featherstone, and Nate Johnson isn’t a WR.

Featherstone was the receiver on the documentary Necessary Roughness. He was so fast that even rifle-armed Scott Bakula couldn’t overthrow him. Unfortunately, he only managed one catch on the season but man was it a doozy.
