Does anyone know how one would predict the outcome if Utah were to play Minnesota? It seems likely that if Utah goes to the Rose Bowl, they have a very good chance of playing Minnesota. I’m just wondering what that theoretical match up would look like.
I know there are ways of doing this using Sagarin, FPI, and SP+ rankings – but I don’t know how to do it.
