Utah Utes Football Provides Value to Big XII Conference Realignment – Inside the Knights
I Love the Respect this writer is showing the Utes. That being said, it seems Utah would prefer to stay in the PAC 12. The Arizona schools seem more interested, than Utah, in joining the Big 12.
It’s hard to imagine any conference realignment decisions being made, prior to around August the 5th. PAC 12 Media rights negotiations are currently going on. And the media rights offer(s), should be known around 8/5/22. So, hopefully the PAC 12 Commish can keep all schools, particularly the AZ schools, happy until then.
Perhaps the PAC 12 can survive, by either: a) expanding, b) some media rights parnership with the ACC, or c) both a & b.
