Obviously, there are some weaknesses.
What needs to be fixed over the bye week?
1. Offensive line play
2. Corner play
3. QB play (cam?)
4. WR play
5. General health of the players
Am I missing anything? Seems like a hell of a list.
I’m optimistic.
Not having a healthy Field Goal kicker?
Anotha one
He was dressed.
Running Back play.
That’s kinda 1A. Running backs can’t do much against 7 and 8 man boxes unless the line is doing it’s job. The RB’s aren’t blameless but they aren’t getting much help either.
It’s tough to gauge the offensive line play with having poor QB performance. Those tend to go hand in hand, if Utah can’t throw the ball the o-line will be going against stacked boxes non-stop.
We just need to get everyone healthy. Starting qb, rb1a and rb1b, & place kicker. Kuthie won’t come back if he doesn’t have someone who can get the ball to him.
The amount of drop passes tonight was ridiculous. NJ kind of reminds me of snoop when he was early at Utah. He might be putting a little too much heat on his throws.
Passing to the WRs. Anyone complaining about the WRs is putting the cart before the horse. Can’t catch at your shoelaces.
the hospital balls don’t help much either
6. Fan expectations for the season
No worries, we’re on it.
Well we saw some subpar Quarterback play from Nate Johnson, tough to say how to fix it other than it must be that Cam Rising isn’t practicing hard enough.
Everything.
