The Utes 2022 offense is arguably the best offense we have had since we entered the PAC12. But, I think we may only have one player that makes the first team. That would be Kincaid. Maybe one of our offensive linemen makes the list as well. Rising is very good but there is no way he will be first team again this year with Williams, DTR, Nix, and Penix in the mix. Tavion will not repeat. So, it’s kind of interesting that our offense is so good, but we will get very little individual player recognition IMO. I guess this says a lot about team work.
I think on defense we will have Phillips for sure on the first team and very possibly Cole Bishop. I don’t think we will have any other first team selections. There may be a lot of second and third team selections, however.
Unlike previous years – we will not have any special team selections IMO.
