We didn’t play our best on offense
      Defense was excellent

There will be no major overhauls to the game plan.  There will be some tweaks.

The energy and preparation is more important than the game plan

Did not play well on either side of the ball in the 2019 CCG

Lloyd coming back this season had a lot to do with wanting a championship

If Oregon runs like they did against OSU – they will be tough to beat

If we have the same attitude as we did 9 days ago – we should have a good game

Nobody in the country is playing at full strength right now and there is no reason to cry about like some other coaches have done

There is nothing special we are doing in preparation this week, but the emotion is higher

The Oregon QB was outstanding on Saturday as was the entire offense

Hopes that the crowd in Vegas has more Ute fans than Duck fans

The TD on the kickoff return had three missed tackles.  The kick was actually covered well.  The net result was not good.

What Covey has brought to the program is invaluable.  His personality and attitude is uplifting to the entire team. not likely he will return.  He would take Covey back as a GA.

He said a big board is in the works for the north endzone

Seems to have no opinion about Riley going to USC

Disappointed that Costelli left.  He was a hard worker.  Wishes him well.  Future recruits may have played a role in his decision to leave.

He said there is like 3000 players in the portal right now.

The Sewell family is genetically engineered to be great football players

The offensive line has really come around

BAM is playing as good as any tackle in the conference

Tavion Thomas has played a big role in turning the offense around

He thinks they have the best tight end group in the country

Ludwig has been making great calls

He is not contemplating retirement.  He is having too much fun.

I know the retirement talk could change in an instant, but it’s good to hear from Whitt directly that he’s not thinking about it right now. As we all know, this program can be special for the next 3-4 years with the momentum and recruits we have. Let’s hope Whitt is a part of that.
