    No kidding, when I first saw it I thought they had mixed up BYU & Utah.

  Its because they have UCLA at #5, and they have Nebraska(1-2) ahead of Michigan(2-1). I guess if you believed those two assumptions to be true then you might rank byu ahead of Utah. Of course its bat s**t crazy, though.
