I have always loved the Utes defense and now we have some elite NFL talent in this class and we need to lock these guys down to ensure a championship!
Jay Tufele DT
Chaz Ah You S
Langi Tuifua DE
Noah Elliss DT
Levani Damuni OLB
Alden Tofa DE
And Tayler Katoa (OLB or DE ) sounds like this kid has a motor
We need our instate kids to stay here and become the next group of NFL stars
Like Star
Weddle
Nate Orchard, Paul Kruger, Derrick Shelby, and Koa Misi
Norris, and Reily
Utah Defesne has made NFL talent out of 2 and 3 star kids we need the 4 Star guys to stay home and take us to the next level
We are the only Pac-12 team to place 5 Dline lineman on the all conference team and 3 of those guys are leaving. 1 more might leave.
Well some of those NFL guys you listed are out of state guys but I see your point.
Noah Ellis lives in Denver.
He moved there this last year. Before he played at Judge. The kid is a beast!
We have a real shot at Tufele but Ohio St and Michigan pushing hard. Believe he visited the OSU-Mich game which would have been nuts. Would give us 2 top 100 players. No chance with Ah You IMO…just hope he doesn’t end up at BYU and goes to UCLA instead. Tuifua called the U prior to his decommitment from Oregon asking if there was room but we have limited scholarship openings this year (crazy to say) so he’ll probably end up at BYU especially if we land Tufele. Good shot at Katoa though who visits this weekend. Tofa and Damuni are still in play..Ellis no more than 50/50.
That said this will be the highest Avg star ranking we’ve ever had but the limited total players won’t rank as a high class. A handful of missionaries coming back eats into scholie availability.
We’re taking some BIG swings right now…could get crazy down the stretch.
And, unless I am very much mistaken, shouldn’t the Nacua WR and someone from Florida who had troubles be coming in as well?
Nacua was already with us this year and Lang should be with us.
