Who will start at QB on day 1?

  I really have no clue. I thought that Rising had the edge. But Bill Riley keeps saying that Bentley has the edge.
  
  Bentley has played 3+ years of SEC football, so he has been in the fire. Rising, however, has been with Ludwig for 20 months and would have a better understanding of the offense.
  
  Thoughts?

  I struggle with Bentley. I want him to be the man, but Collin Hill just beat out Ryan Hilinski for the South Carolina QB job. Hilinski beat out Bentley who then transferred to Utah. I say give the keys to Rising since he has 3 1/2 years left. Bentley was also prone to pushing too hard which led to bad mistakes. Whatever though…in Whitt I trust.

    It’s a free year of eligibility. Let’s see what Bentley can do. Rising still has three years , and might learn something from the SEC veteran. Didn’t Bentley lose his gig because he got hurt?

      Yeah, Bentley wasn’t beat out by anyone. He was injured in the first game of the season.

    South Carolina also brought in an entirely new offensive staff and Hill came with them. The writing was on the wall so Bentley made a move too.
