On a drive where the RB who is averaging 6.3 ypc was used as a decoy so that the QB who had already missed plays this game could run the ball on 2nd and 2. Not really impressed with the change in OC to this point. It’s different but not necessarily better

You don’t need an amazing QB just a serviceable QB. I hate to say it but I miss BB.

So I get it he’s just a freshman, but his pocket awareness is poor and he’s far too slow to decide when to take off and run. I haven’t seen a whole lot of progress throughout the year and he continues to hold the ball far too long. It doesn’t help that he doesn’t have a quick first step and has average overall speed. whatever is called on first down, the opposite is on 2nd. Pass on first, run on 2nd or vice versa. that hasn’t changed from Ludwig so far
