The over-under is 49 and the spread currently sits at 6.5. I like the fact that they are projecting the total points to be 49. This means that they do not expect an offensive blowout. The odds makers think that Utah’s defense will step up.

They also do not have a lot of faith in Utah’s offense and that makes sense. However, our new weapon (VakI) could change that. It should be a fun game.

In that case I’d take the over. Utes have scored over 30 in the last two games since the QB situation has been resolved and Vaki has contributed to the ohfense. As Coach Whitt says Oregon has a potent offense running or passing that is going to be challenging to stop. Going to be difficult to hold them under 30.

keep in mind that CAL and USC both have bottom of the barrel defense but Oregon actually has a good defense
