This past week we had I think three user registrations in which the user never received confirmation from the site. This is because the mail from the site is being interpreted as spam. Without confirming their account the user can’t login. Confirming the account is one way of reducing bots and spammers.
I added some text to the registration page and to the password reset page to inform those who have this issue to make sure their email has utehub.com on it’s spam whitelist and to check their spam folder for missed emails, or otherwise contact a site admin. Hope this helps.
Some users have signed up and then tried to use the reset password page to get a new password, but if their original confirmation email didn’t make it to them the reset password won’t either!
