Went ahead and got them through StubHub, section 28 row 1, $81 a piece.  You can find them as low as $18.

Tickets through the Crimson Club are usually sketchy.

Looking at the seating chart they posted, I went ahead and purchased on StubHub too.

Or Ticketmaster from the stadium website. Plenty of good seats left that haven’t been marked up for resale yet.

Bowl games give a ton of tickets to various sponsors who give them to locals for loyalty to their business.  Some of those recipients, who don’t care so much about the game, will resell for whatever they can get in the secondary market. These are probably the tix you want.
