Be there early, be loud, and GO UTES
No Cam Today
Good. Let’s win.
Doesn’t mean Cam won’t finish… But, bottom line we don’t need Cam for this game. However, what this tells me is don’t play Cam until CAL now. There is no point to play him on the road, first game back, against an angry OSU team. We might as well bring him and Kuithe back against CAL. And yes that is still a better option that NJ at this point.
That being said. Our D is nasty. RES is real. And this is the first road start for DM. We can and should win this game.
If NJ wins the next two games there is a chance he continues to start after the bye.
I think it’s going to be next season and we’re still going to be talking about when Kuithe gets back. His injury was substantially more devastating than Rising’s.
If Cam is not starting he is not playing.
I realize Moore is dynamic but avg. stats of True FR QB’s at Rice-Eccles Stadium since 2018: 12/24, 115 yds, 1 TD/1 INT. And if Pepa, Tafuna and some of the DUDES are back, I like our chances. GO UTES
Moore is dynamic if you’re strictly talking about arm talent. In no way, shape or form is he a dynamic runner. I would equate him to being a mobile, drop back passer.
Anyone know if Cole Becker will play? Who else is still out?
I thought I heard Becker was out something like 4-6 weeks
Keep in mind NJ was probably sharing reps with three other quarter backs.
It comes down to the run game on both sides….We can continue winning ugly with NJ & our elite D.
Believe in Nate, the Great!
It would be nice to see Jackson really go off.
I’m hoping that Nate is able to channel his inner Michael Vick…I know he’s got it in him.
Yes but I also hope J’Quinden Jackson explodes for 170+. That’ll make it much easier on Nate.
Would love to see more up tempo offense with Nate leading the charge. Seems like it would suit his skill set better. Don’t think a classic methodical, huddle every down offense is good for him.
