Season tickets moved away from Ticketmaster?

In case you didn’t know, season tickets were moved to Paciolan / Seatgeek instead of ticketmaster (Good thing I think). Looking at my email history, I didn’t receive any notification of this EXCEPT a tutorial buried at the end of an email about buying single game tickets via my CC level.

Just FYI. Also, apparently we’ll need to use the Utah360 app instead of the UtahTickets app this season? I’m not clear on that yet

It’s because apparently they’ve only told the season ticket holders who are on a payment plan? If you were on a payment plan, they texted you if you didn’t update your info you’d lose your tickets I guess.

If you look for the emails about buying single game tickets from like July 7th, it tells you to create your paciolan account. The AD really dropped the ball here IMO. I think we’ll have lots of confused people for the first game
