The defense wasn’t bad the entire 1st half. They were gashing us with the run, we stopped that with adjustments after the first quarter, then they beat us in the passing game a bit… which we also adjusted to, and we stopped them for a field goal… The rest of the game was easy defensively.
I also disagree somewhat with your assessment of the offensive line. They had two guys out, and still did not allow a sack against a team with a good front 7. The run blocking was not good IMO.

Moss has to be the strongest RB in college FB. Does not have breakaway speed, but he is capable of trucking anyone in college football.
I really liked what I saw out of Wilmore. He looked much better today. If he was our main guy this year, we’d be in pretty good but not great shape.
Brumfield is not good IMO. I feel blessed every time he gets back to the line of scrimmage, but he rarely makes it further than that.
Dixon looked good, Thompson will be good.
