Even though we lost to Ohio state, I think Utah made an enormous impression on the country.
The same could be said on the drumming put on the ducks but I feel like with the large tv audience and the way we played on New Years made peoples heads turn. Like you said, it’s meaningless but it’s still important for Utah to be in conversations like this for playoff implications down the line
Choo choooooooooooo
The Rose Bowl was one week ago today and the koolaid is already flowing. Drink up!
Ohhh yeahhhhhhhh
Amazing to think this past season by all accounts was considered a rebuilding year with all of the young talent. Transfer portal brought in some solid replacements. Looking forward to seeing how the WRs progress. The Morris and Mbancor kids are a nice addition to the TE/WR hybrid group. Kendall, Yassmin, and Vaha at the pure TE position.
Talent and depth at CB along with STs areas of improvement. Shah will take care of it all, not worried.
Utah absolutely outperformed preseason expectations, where we were predicted to finish behind Ariz St and USC in the South. And then to lose to #6 Ohio St by only a FG, thanks to our Punter bungling an easy snap, was also a fairly impressive performance. So Klatt could be right. But then again, he’s also putting Wake Forest in the Top-10 too, and that can’t be right.
Wake Forest went 11-3. If they return a lot from this year’s team, they could easily be a top 10 team next year.
