Roughing the passer

  Can anyone explain to me how either roughing the passer calls we’re not roughing the passer? Both times the defender had his head up, saw rising release the ball, and still hit rising. Textbook roughing the passer imo.

    Wazzu will be interesting our record on the road versus winning teams past 2 years has been awful and we haven’t won there since 2011. Need to both sides of the ball clicking to win

  Here is a textbook example of roughing the passer and targeting. It is even targeting with the new rule change this season:
  
  U$C fans must be confused as to why those hits on Rising were called. Because $C got the same treatment as every other school when they usually don’t.
