Which made me confused as to why Utah bit on the play action so much. It was a game of minor adjustments that you could literally measure by quarter. I also don’t get why Ludwig tried to bash it up the gut between the tackles late in the game. Possibly because he was worried about Barnes? But Glover and JJ were unknowns to. Idk. Seemed like he went away from what works in the rushing game.
I agree, but at the same time, we could have also burned clock by mixing in a “Jaylon Dixon [or Money Parks] jet sweep”, where Dixon/Parks is expressly commanded to NOT go out of bounds. That play had been very successful throughout this season.
