Honestly that tells me we have a non insignificant chance to win this game. I really think this year’s team matches up with Oregon pretty well. Going to take our best game of the year tho

Our “rest” may help, but if I were a betting person I’d still take Oregon and the points.

I think we match up poorly with Oregon.  They are more athletic than us at most positions. They are long and tall across every position.

I rarely bet on our games due to the emotional rooting interest but IF I were to bet this game I’d take Oregon and the points.

“Going to take our best game of the year tho” is exactly right. Looking back at the game in January, the Ducks had a pretty average night to win. Boucher and Bell both had below average stat lines. For some reason I thought Brooks played up that night. Looking at the stats he had 19 points (5 above average) but was held below his average in assists and rebounds.

To beat them in Oregon, Utah is going to have to play exceptionally well even if the Ducks just play average.

Hit Nail on the Head, will take our best game of the year.  And even then, we need to hope they play average to poor.  We match up with them at several positions better than ever, but we can’t match them across the board and we also do not have the depth.  We must shoot lights out, they must be average to cold shooting, we have to be super disciplined about rebounding and taking care of the ball, and most of all… we need a little luck and/or love from the officials.
