A first for Utah I believe? This has really been my favorite season beating Michigan, Oregon, ASU and Washington on the road. For those that want Utah to win comfortably, to look like Baylor… it’s just not Utah’s style. If you’re not used to it yet (5 years P12), then go find some other team to follow; there’s always Utah State or the team down south. GO AGGIES!

Arizona has nothing to lose at this point in the season (5-5), it could be a very close game as always. They scared USC till the 4th when the finally wore down. I expect Utah to wear them down with Booker and Wilson.

Pucker up Ute fans, here comes the 7th Inning Stretch… Beat the Wildcats!

      GO UTES!

No doubt UCLA will be favored but like Washington I expect Utah to win out and go to the PAC12 CG.

I actually think Utah will be the favorite in that game. It will be close. Like -2.5.

Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to be Baylor or the new TCU. I don’t need 600 yds offense to be happy. The issue for me is that when we have huge offensive outpouring like Oregon, it tells me we are capable of running an offense that scores 30 pts/game. That would be huge. Before you point out the team already scores 30pts/game note how much of our production comes from D and special teams. How badass would this team be if we could count on the offense to score 1 TD/quarter? I’ll take winning the way we do over a flashy offense on a team that can’t close out their opponents. I just don’t think the characterization of its either totally inept offense or totally inept defense is fair. I don’t know the solution. Not gonna pretend that I do, but I think Whitt is still searching for one and I think its ok for me to want it.

I’d like to see more gained on first down, which would give our offense so much more room to open up on 2nd or 3rd. However that can happen I don’t care. We are in 3rd and long wwaaaaaay too much.
