CAL fans perspective on UF.N

Not meant to bash UF.N, I found it pretty entertaining.

Am I the only one who gets a headache trying to figure out how there message board works?

I find it the layout borderline unreadable. That, and it’s running some script that my browser really, really hates.

And whenever I think growls goes off topic too much, a visit to Utefans puts it all into perspective.

For what its worth I saw Utehub.com mentioned on there as well.

It’s fun reading the Utah fan forums to see the game from their perspective. Seems that they see our main weaknesses to be poor OL play, unproductive running attack (are Lasco and Muhammad good to go?), and poor tackling. Also they definitely consider the high altitude to be a strong advantage for them. Hope we are able to surprise them with improved play. Important that we don’t fall behind early.

I registered at the Bear Insider. Took me about five attempts to get a “random question” right because all the questions were ones only Cal folks would know… Like “what’s the famous gate on campus” or something like that.

Yeah, that seems to be pretty common on websites like this. Its pretty annoying & it could limit fans from other teams form coming to your site which I wouldn’t want to see happen here. I like interacting with other fan bases.

I agree with their statements. UF.N was great in 2000-2003, but it is too bloated now and the java appears to be a huge mess. It is almost unreadable on an iPad now.

UF.N’s strength as always is its community.
