Utah isn’t a blue blood like Ohio St, Michigan, Alabama, or Georgia where guys are willing to sit for years on the bench waiting their turn.

They come to Utah with the idea they will be starting by their Sophomore year and when it doesn’t work out they transfer.

It happens more at the blue bloods. Frankly, this is great for program health, think of it as conservation for scholarship athletes.

we’re in agreement on that. Player turnover is how you keep your program strong.

I don’t favor pushing kids out but as long as everyone is honest about potential playing time and goals, the system works.
