If some of the recruits don’t sign today… is there another signing day later on?
If so, why wouldn’t a recruit sign now, unless they have doubts about coming to Utah.
What do you all think?
I believe they will sign today!
Signing the NLI is voluntary at any and all times. Prospective student-athletes are not required to sign the NLI on the first day of the signing period. Many prospective student-athletes do choose to sign their NLI on the first available day to bring an end to the recruiting process. You should note the NLI Provision allows a student 7 days from the date the NLI is issued (or the initial signing date if the NLI is received before that date) to sign and still have it declared valid.

Two more left! Go UTES!
Verbal Commits to go:
– Zacharyus Williams (WR)
– Jeilani Davis (S)
Offers with no commitment yet that we are still in the running for:
– Lamar Radcliffe (RB, CA): 6-2/225, 3-star (87) –> 247 has Utah as the favorite
– Kinilau Fonohema (Edge, UT): 6-5/220, 3-star (87) –> BYU, Utah, Ore St., Wash St., now projecting BYU (60% confidence)
– Jericho Johnson (DL, CA): 6-4/300, 4-star (93) –> Oregon, Utah, UW, USC, now projecting Oregon (60%)
– Faletau Satuala (S, UT [bountiful]): 6-3/195, 4-star (91) –> Utah, BYU, now projecting UTAH (60%)
– Isaiah Suesue (ATH, UT [slc]): 6-2/200, 3-star (85) –> BYU, Utah, no prediction
Jeilani Davis has signed, just waiting for Utah to announce
And now Zacharyus Williams is in/announced. Suck it U$C!
So does that make two 4 star WRs signed and four total with the 2 in state Corner Canyon kids Wilson and Garcia.
Yes, depending on the rating service. Rivals says 4 4-stars. 247 has 2 (the WR’s are 89, 86 with Hunter and Kash at 88 so just below 4-star [>90]).
There remains still some uncommitted targets that will be good to see come in.
Currently, we sit at 53 (247) or 57 (rivals) in overall rankings.
We sit higher when avg rating is used (around 30). Does seems a little lower than years past, but we could get a bump if we get some uncommitted targets or a few more transfers based on lingering needs. Solid year. I have to remind myself that the transfers will be more impactful (should be) and only a few FR will have meaningful contributions, but does set up for future years and development.
