      18th(!) on offense and 31st on D. Im very confident that defensive rank will come up as the sample size grows and the USC hail marys dilute. Conversely I expect that offensive number to fall somewhere around 30, but if we can get it to hold in the top 20 this will be a rose bowl team

        Probably before McBride. But that was because our Offense was great and we had zero Defense.

        My initial thought was 2004, but that really was before the stat existed. But it has happened twice, 2005 (O-28 D-59) and 2006 (O-34 D-41).

          Interesting, IIRC Andy Ludwig was the offensive coordinator for both of those teams.

      Funny to see our scoring margin shifted so far towards the offense. Hopefully Oregon State will fix that!
