I know they’ll go to what the market will bear but…wow. Price of being in the bigs I suppose. 🙁
Brutal. And two of the 7 games are on weeknights ( games vs North Dakota and UCLA). Are they going to let people into the lots early on those games, or keep them out until an hour before game time as before?
For the last two years at least, they have been letting folks into the lot at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the game for weeknight games.
How much was it before? Ours was $500 last year.
$100.00 per game plus a $10.00 “handling fee” They’re pricing out the loyal fans.
But not the royal fans…
That is tough but not suprising… Utah Football is the hottest athletic/entertainment property in the state right now. It is simply the forces of supply and demand. I have been on the waiting list for over a DECADE for a pass with no luck. I am sorry it is becoming so expensive but it really is a good problem to have as it simply demonstrates the interest the Utes have.
I inquired how much of a CC donation it would take to move to the top of that line since that’s how I got my season football tickets. They said to move to the top of that line is a full scholarship donation which is $30k.
We tried to buy the 4 seats next to us. They replied that we needed to make a $20k CC donation PER SEAT.
Makes watching the game on TV seem pretty attractive!
I would consider selling you 4 seats for only $19k zeous donation per seat.
Yeah, but the seats next to mine are amazing.
You don’t get better than mine. Now that i think about it, offer rescinded.
They are using the funds to renovate the South End zone.
Sources.
I can confirm. I read about it on utehub.
