I agree that DUI needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I believe that first time offenders where there is no property damage or worse should get a second opportunity to redeem themselves and make correct decisions. I don’t know if it will send skiers elsewhere or not. Colorado is already airing commercials about it and that was before it was signed. It will contribute to the perception that Utahn’s are weird despite Gary’s statements to the contrary.

He is terrifying. I’m not usually one to compare politicians to Hitler, but when I think about the type of person necessary to push those types of policy objectives and support a leader like Hitler, Miller basically is the prototype.

Yeah, I didn’t mean the population that is able to vote. I meant the percentage of people who showed up to vote (46% voted for Trump). Sorry for the confusion.
