Can they really assess a 15 yard penalty for Samson doing the “horns down”?!

I think it is just poor writing. They were trying to say he is doing something that would earn a 15 yard penalty during the game but didn’t clarify that.

Sounds like something the most entitled fan base in America would do. Tied for the other most entitled is the 8-8 Dallas Cowgirls not surprisingly.

Pretty sure that (unbelievably ridiculous) rule only applies to B12 conference games…
