  …is still one of the worst songs to play. I don’t know why Utah insists on making it a thing. It was embarrassing at the 2019 PAC12 championship game when Oregon got their “Shout” tradition and then when it was Utah’s turn we got Neil Diamond’s pedo ballad.
  
  Speaking of Oregon, the new feel of the closed-in stadium reminds me a bit of their stadium. When RES is full this place is going to be LOUD!

  Hate Sweet Caroline. They play it everywhere, which is why we play it. Would prefer something more distinctive.

  My Dad always told me that “If you are not the solution, you are part of the problem.” In other words quit bitching about things you don’t have concrete fixes for. Utah is “Hokeyville”. It is part of our charm. Playing “Sweet Caroline” and having the Crazy Lady traditions are part of the “Hokeyness”. I happen to like it. However I’m not adverse to trying other things. I suggest saying we could do this instead of that. Originality would be nice. We tried the Giant drum thing, it didn’t work. Maybe something else could work. However, having to listen to whining and bitching is tedious.
