Good luck. I guess this means the Buffs transfer kicker is pretty good.
Don’t let the door hit you on the…..
Did this young man’s inconsistency ruin your TV watching? 😂 If compared, he’s far more athletic than you, amirite?
Fans cheered when either Noyes or Redding got that ball into the endzone. Wish him well so long as it isn’t in Utah.
A kicker doesn’t have to be that athletic.
Doing one movement things does not equal athleticism at all.
Wishnowsky ran a 4.4, Andy Philips trained for the Olympics, Matt Gay played college soccer, and Noyes competed in gymnastics in England and played Soccer and Rugby in HS. So, mostly I disagree.
And yes he ruined my tv watching multiple times
Put this in your juice box and suck it: Noyes kicked 4 touch backs in the PAC 12 Championship game, was 6 for 8 on field goals in 2022 and 34 of 34 on PAT’s in 2022. He may not have been your ideal, but to tell a kid good riddance who gave all he had is a s**tty attitude to have. https://utahutes.com/sports/football/roster/jordan-noyes/13220
To be fair we don’t know that he did give all he had. Though I agree with your general point that he really wasn’t that bad. He wasn’t reliable on long-ish field goals, and wasn’t consistent with his kick-offs, but he was a serviceable kicker.
I never said he specifically wasn’t athletic.
Just saying with some positions in sports you don’t always have to be.
And what lesson are you teaching me daddy?
Also 8 field goal attempts is a huge issue.
No duh he made 6 they were all within the 5 yard line. Haha
Good luck to the guy, but I’m pretty excited about our two newcomers & will be extremely relieved if between the two of them we can routinely get touchbacks.
I’m pretty optimistic we’ve upgraded significantly in our kicking-game.
