We always stop at Maddox in Brigham City. Chicken is good, I get their Buffalo Burger. It’s good drive thru food. Other than that, Logan is full of the regular chain (anywhere USA) restaraunts. Herms up by the mouth of the canyon is pretty good, but will most likely be crowded. Never been to Angies, but everyone seems to like it.

That is a gut punch to the Aggies. They’ve got to be frustrated to not get an invite. Maybe they will down the road, but they are a very very small market. Dude is intense- really interesting interview. Sure he has some interesting ideas, but is probably a few years ahead of time. Some school will sign its soul over to Saudi interests, but sounds like Colorado doesn’t want to be that school just yet.

I’m also on the Grumpy old man train here. I see this as bringing in more and more people to this now crowded area. I see it as a heavy tax burden on our citizens for a two week international party.
