ESPN produced their top ten list of returning QBs. Cam Rising is 6th on the list. I would agree with that if we see the 2021 (healthy) Cam Rising or the Rising we saw against USC on October 15th.
The most interesting thing about this list is that four of the top six QBs listed are from the PAC12. The PAC12 should be a very high-scoring conference this year. Hopefully, our defense will be up to the task and get us to another conference championship.
