  It’s time to start talking about Utah as the best team in the country
  
  That’s nice and all, but the team I watched last night was far from the #1 team in the country. The #1 team has to convert one million turnovers to more than 3 points. #1 team has to have a better passing game. We certainly have some great components, like special teams and defense, but this kind of talk is just crazy.

    I think the thing that helps is that Utah is 5-0 having found a way to win. Look at the other teams around the country they have either lost close games or have been in close games against lesser competition. If were going off of resumes you have to put Utah at #1. What team has done more? If you’re going off of potential, I say OSU is still the best team.

  I believe two years running Utah has a championship defense. If they get offensively just a little more consistent it would be nice.

  Theres a large portion of people that think last night made us look overrated because we had so many turnovers and barely won. Every other top team has played close games they could have lost, against much worse teams than Cal. I dont think our defense (and Booker) are getting enough credit. If we were a big name program, thats where a lot of the attention would be. ESPN commentators did not do us any favors here.
