How much of Taylor’s success or lack of success is Taylor and how much is player talent?

The Xs and Os and the Jimmys and Joes are always correlated, and both are needed for success.  That, and getting a lucky bounce or two.

A little of both in my view.

I thought TT was a Jekyll and Hyde type of OC. Some games his schemes seemed unstoppable and others it looks sooo pedestrian. Sometimes our players couldn’t get out of their own way (that’s on position coaches, not necessarily the OC).

My biggest beef with TT was he seemed incredibly resistant to adjustments. He wanted to run his pass happy scheme no matter what, even when it was obvious we needed to pound the rock with Moss. Also he was a pretty poor recruiter.

What I liked about TT: the RPO when QB1/2 ran it right, his commitment to Huntley in 2017, and our offensive was pretty electric 50% of the time
