Over. All day.
I would have taken the over last year in a heartbeat. I was humbled by the Vegas masterminds. That being said, here’s to the over this year!
Was it right on? I remember it being around 6 or 5 win season.
I want to say it was 5.5 or 6.5, wasn’t it?
Pretty sure Vegas opened the season at 6 last year. I remember ESPN FPI was 5.7 at kickoff time vs North Dakota.
I remember it was low last year as well. Utah is going to have a tough go but Whitt usually wins a few he shouldn’t and loses well you know.
Except last season we never won that game we shouldn’t have.
Eeeked out a win vs Arizona on the road; was relieved when that game ended. Not sure if that was the expectation pre-season.
I think we are one of the teams the “experts” are having the hardest time evaluating this year. Folks are all over the place. Athlon sees us winning 9 maybe 10 games, Vegas and ESPN FPI 7, Phil Steele has us #22 in post-spring power ratings… it’s all over the place.
I think we’ll have a good sense of where the season is headed after Week 3… if we beat UW, look out, if we lose, could be another “close but not quite” season.
I think it is closer to Steele than any of the others. Vegas is kind of bullish on the Utes lately.
I don’t follow projections much. What does the “(Over -110, Under -110)” mean?
Negative number: You would have to bet $110 to win $100 (total $210).
Positive number: Example +300. If you bet $100 and win, it pays out $300 (total $400).
