      This makes me more pleased with the signing. I was wondering why another LB? I still think we need to shore up our secondary and OL. But what do I know?

        Covey explained this awhile back on one of his “conversations with Covey” segments. Gabe Reid would only come to Utah to play DE. He wouldn’t come to compete with his brother for playing time.

        There should be a lot more transfer portal activity after Spring Camps determine which players didn’t make their team’s 2 deep, including ours.
