  USC 4th down conversion in 4th quarter just before tying the game. Receiver’s knee clearly down a full yard short. Replay official doesn’t even buzz down to take a closer look? Whitt doesn’t have someone in booth to help out?

  Yup. I saw that immediately. There were 3 major blown calls yesterday and all against the Utes. Terrible. Amazing we still had a chance to win despite that.

      That delay of game was an embarrasment for those refs. Unbelievable.

        They just wanted to allow USCs sub to get the play call. Get ready and in position.
        
        Remember the Chip Kelly days and you were barley allowed to get set.

        But how long do they get to do that? 25 seconds? 10 seconds? Seems not doing it quickly should be a delay of game penalty on the defense.

        I agree because Utah was never allowed to get set against Oregon.
        
        I would be more upset that Utah never gets a holding call.

        This is makes me really upset. Considering Utah’s defense not getting a hold call is huge.
