When the SEC does it it results in a bunch of overrated teams for beating other overrated teams, usually stemming back to preseason. Take Auburn, for example. Solid. Vastly overranked preseason. LSU beats auburn and rockets to the to 5th in the country. Florida beats LSU and becomes ranked in the top 15.
