I would LOVE this. Grew up in Big 10 country. Living in Portland, Oregon now. And would be able to go to games up here.

Although, I think we would be mid to lower tier team initially. But if we continue the trajectory like we did in the PAC we will develop into a mid to upper tier team.

Utetopia – I believe Joe’s wife’s name is Cathy. I was a missionary in that ward when Joe (although I think his name was Dick) was Ward Mission Leader in late ‘97. If Dick was the former President of the PCC and I believe he was trying to launch a PCC type theme park in San Diego, we are talking the same guy.

I was in La Jolla a couple months ago and saw a Ute flag flying on a tall flag poll. Was that you?

I am watching and cheering for the Running Utes to win. And hope they win the NIT.

The question that will never be answered is if the were in the NCAA, would they still be playing. We will never know.
