I didn’t see the game, but the coach reportedly said he would be out for at least this game.

I got up there late, maybe just after 8 pm. They had already shut down access to the inside events, so I just sat in the stands watching the crowds milling around. Kudos for the bottles of water at the fifty yard lines. Pretty much a non-event. Looking forward to the first game to see what’s up with the 2025 Utes.

Sounds like 2008. Tailgating was friendly. I think our team was good that year. We won 40-7. Very windy, 4th quarter the field was whited out by computer printouts swirling on the field. Sorry. By ‘local’, I meant in Salt Lake City, possibly in the tailgate lot, etc.

Yeah, in 2023 the ticket office charged $25 extra to print paper tickets. Last year, they wanted $50.
Very customer-unfriendly.

I used to park on Sunnyside Ave in the park. It was nice to walk to the game, get to sightsee through the tailgate lot. Somewhere a few years ago, I started to ride Trax when parking was full 4+ hours before the game. I now park in the Trax lot on 2100 S. Also what about the steep discounts at kickpff time?

I guess the electronic tickets have pretty much done away with the scalpers on the sidewalk?
