Oh, I care. I just don’t have any expectations of doing well the rest of the year. These past three games pretty much put a bullet in the head of my hopes and optimism.

Zero expectations (good or bad). Actually, this is one of the more stress-free games in some time for me. We’re not really playing for anything other than a little pride.

When my wife is guessing the plays we’re going to run WITH A 80% SUCCESS RATE, it might be time for a change.

That said, we’re finishing out the year with an 18 year old at the helm. I really like Isaac, and have confidence in his future, but it’s going to be a rough ending to the year.

Sometimes the talent is there, but the team just isn’t good. That’s us. It sucks.

I’m not one to complain about the coaches, but it seems like we are awfully arrogant about our ability to run it up the middle. I can’t help but think being a running back at Utah has become a little more difficult because you’re facing stacked boxes the whole game.

We had a similar game called “Smear the Queer”. You’d gang tackle the dude holding the nerf football. Ah…the good ‘ol days when you just offended everyone and they just had to suck it up.

I don’t know, beating Washington, UCLA, Oregon & especially USC did WAY more for me than beating TDS. We have none of those “great win” opportunities in the XII.

I’m out of the loop on this one. Is there a name for this hockey team yet or is Utah Hockey Club it?

Man, college football seasons can be a wild ride. Look at all the losses by top 25 teams last weekend. Hey, Dub. I’ve heard the term “max protect” used a few times. Would you be willing to give me the 5 cent explanation of what that is? I mean, wouldn’t the O-line’s purpose to always be “max protect”? Forgive my ignorance.

They’re forgetting one huge key to the game: retribution.

For sure, Minnesota. One thing I won’t miss is being tied to California.

Oh, it’s mostly PTSD on my part. I grew up in Cottonwood Heights in the 80’s where my high school (and friends) were probably 80% TDS fans and 99% Mormon. JM and Ted Lasso are good people. The UteHub family needs to convert them to the good side.

That said, I really liked having TDS and Utah in different conferences and rarely playing each other. Sporting events between the two aren’t fun for me. They’re more of a “get it over with” thing. But, hey, we all have our opinions.
