    Yep. Clean to the head of the QB which is exactly what targeting is. The NCAA targeting rule bans any forcible contact leading with the crown of the helmet or to the head or neck area of a defenseless player.

      Their helmets didn’t touch. It was a shoulder to shoulder hit, even if it looked bad and caused whiplash.

  Led with the shoulder, but yeah I agree, they’d call some roughing the passer BS although he was running.
