Rising played hard, missed a lot of opportunities, and made a couple of terrible decisions on that last drive. I’m not upset, I feel bad because he probably just lost himself a bunch of money in draft position right there.
The pac12 is awful again. We’ll probably win the pac12 unless USC plays better from here on.
Our offensive line did a good job of protecting Rising and eventually got the run blocking figured out.
Ludwig has always seemed to forget that the back of the endzone is a thing that exists, and he still has that problem, which is why we end up in a bunch of goal line stands… he likes to run routes short of the goal line, then run it in. Oh well.
Our corners played well I thought. Bishop seemed to be the only guy that knows how to tackle.
Richardson is going to make Florida a contender this year. They won’t beat Georgia or Bama (most likely), but he’ll make it interesting.
If we played in SLC, we would have won, but we didn’t, and we lost to the better team. Glad I can move on with my life and focus on more important things now.
