We’ve pretty much heard most of this, but there’s a little more detail I haven’t heard before. If you’re still p**sed at Doug Robinson, don’t click. However, it’s a good read.

Last dude who rolled through here talking about something new was, well, you know who.

It’s hard to get charged up about another OC and we’re all taking a wait and see attitude, but damn, it’s hard not get excited about what we might have here. This is some inovative stuff.

      Who says stuff like this?

I’m attempting to get the quarterback’s prefrontal cortex to shut down.

I agree.  He just feels right…he’s damn competitive too.  Offensive players love him…he and Holliday feed off of each other in a good way.  He got after one of the DB’s talking trash last week during practice to the point that Whit told him to “coach his own players!”  He was standing up for his guys…when was the last time you think that’s happened up there from our OC?  He went after that DB every time he was on the field and told the offensive players that’s what they would do.  He’s breeding the confidence and competitiveness that we’ve always seen on the defensive side.

When Lisk threw the TD pass to end the scrimmage the entire offense ran to the opposite corner of the endzone to celebrate.  Not long after the D joined in.  They’re together.   Stay (or get) HEALTHY and we have a chance to be a handful.

Haven’t seen the product on the field yet and I’m sure there are going to be lessons learned but I have a feeling he’s going to get us to where we need to be sooner rather than later on that side of the ball. Hoping they get off to a good start.

Very good read. I noticed they said they’re keeping the run game karhelybthe same but revamping the throw game.
