    WSU has improved in recent years. Utah has yet to accomplish anything meaningful during the same period, and is not showing much improvement.
    
    2004 & 2008 are way beyond the rear-view mirror.

      I consider that a completely different era. Yes same coaches and stuff but pac12 is a completely different level.
